Many FRDC Clinicians accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, as well as Medicaid/Husky.
When contacting your insurance company, please inquire about pass-through sessions, deductibles, and co-payments. We can provide a "Superbill" for out-of-network benefits.
Payment Information
Full payment is due at the time of service unless we are billing a portion to your insurance company directly. We accept check, cash, and Visa/Mastercard/Discover. Online payments are processed through our secure Stripe payment account.
Cancellation Policy
FRDC, LLC requires 36 hours notice when canceling an appointment to avoid a late cancellation charge. Missed appointments will be billed for the full rate of service. In cases where weather is a factor, the 36-hour cancellation policy is voided.
