Therapy Services & Fees
Services provided at FRDC, LLC include Individual, Family, and Group Therapy. In addition to these services, staff clinicians can assist clients with treatment reports, on-site consultations, and meetings, as well as additional case management support. Typical fees for these services are listed in the table below and include rates for both licensed and non-licensed (NL) Masters Degree therapists in the practice:

Many FRDC Clinicians accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Health insurance, as well as Medicaid/Husky. If you are covered under Anthem/BCBS, it is recommended that you contact member services to find out specific information related to your outpatient mental health benefits.
Questions to inquire about are: how many "pass-through" sessions covered per year, whether or not you have a deductible, and what your co-payment per session is. When FRDC is contracted to accept your plan, we will submit claims on your behalf, and you will be responsible for copays/deductibles at the time of service. If you carry an insurance plan other than Anthem or Husky, your clinician can provide you with a "Superbill" to submit to your insurance for any out-of-network benefits/reimbursement.
FRDC also has a few non-licensed (NL) masters degree level therapists who are working toward state-licensure. They are very competent clinicians who have not yet reached the highest certification for independent clinical practice in the state. Their treatment rates are lower and they are unable to accept insurance or provide services that can be reimbursed by your insurance company.
Full payment is due at the time of service unless we are billing a portion to your insurance company directly. FRDC accepts check, cash, and Visa/Mastercard/Discover. Online credit/debit card payments are processed through our secure Stripe payment account in your Simple Practice client portal. In the event that you have an outstanding balance, please click on the "Make Payment" button below and you will be directed to your Simple Practice client portal to review and pay balances online. Policies, Procedures, and Forms
The privacy of all our clients is taken very seriously. We comply with guidelines associated with the Healthcare and Portability Act (HIPAA) and a copy of our specific privacy policies can be downloaded here. You can also download a copy of our treatment consent form, which outlines the way we manage all aspects of your child/family's care.

Treatment attendance is necessary in order for the services to be beneficial. In the event that you miss several sessions, your provider will notify you of the impact that this is having on treatment and if the therapy can be effective in such a case.
FRDC, LLC, requires 36 hours notice when canceling an appointment in order to avoid a late cancellation charge. Missed appointments will be billed to you directly for the full rate of service. In cases where weather is a factor, the 36-hour cancellation policy is voided.
